Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio®® Small Shells
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup large dill pickle, diced
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, diced

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.

2.  Meanwhile, in large bowl combine mayonnaise, pickles, onion, lemon juice, mustard, hot pepper sauce, salt and ground black pepper.

3.  Blend in cooled pasta, peas and cheese; toss until evenly coated. Cover; refrigerate.
