Ingredients:

2 each carrots, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter
12 oz San Giorgio®® Pastina
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp dried thyme leaves

Cooking Directions:

1.  Cook and stir carrots and onion in hot butter until tender but not browned.

2.  Add pasta; cook and stir until lightly browned.

3.  Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
