Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio® Mostaccioli Rigati
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup taco sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.  Preheat oven to 350º F.

2.  In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add onion; cook and stir until tender.

3.  Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients except cheeses.  Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish.

4.  Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; top with cheeses. Bake 5 minutes longer.
