Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio®® Medium Shells
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1/2 cup celery, chopped
  lettuce leaves
1/2 lb cooked turkey, cut into strips
1/2 lb cooked ham, cut into strips
1/2 lb Monterrey Jack cheese, cut into strips
  tortilla chips

Cooking Directions:

1.  Cook pasta according to package directions.

2.  In large bowl, combine pasta mayonnaise, chiles, onions, chili powder, carrots and celery; mix well. Spoon into lettuce-lined serving bowl; top with turkey, ham and cheese. Cover; chill thoroughly. Serve with chips.
