Ingredients:

6 oz San Giorgio®® Thin Spaghetti
  non-stick cooking spray
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2.  Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add chicken. Cook 5 minutes, or until no longer pink.

3.  Add garlic powder, herbs and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in vegetables, reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

4.  Combine vegetable mixture with pasta and top with cheese.
