Ingredients:

6 cups chicken broth
2/3 cup San Giorgio® Orzo
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped

Cooking Directions:

1.  In medium saucepan, heat broth to boiling; add uncooked ORZO, vegetables and parsley. Return to a boil and boil, uncovered, 10 minutes or until ORZO is tender.

2.  Stir in chicken and heat through. 7 servings (1 cup each). * Or substitute 2 cups (9-oz. pkg.)
frozen cut green beans, or 1 cup frozen peas or corn.
