Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 cups water
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsps chili powder
  salt, to taste
  ground black pepper, to taste
12 oz San Giorgio® Elbow Macaroni

Cooking Directions:

1.  In 4-quart saucepan brown ground beef; drain.

2.  Add green bell pepper, onion and garlic; cook until tender, but not brown.

3.  Add tomatoes with juice, water, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling; stir in uncooked pasta.

4.  Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
