Ingredients:

3 Tbsps butter
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
3 cups (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dried basil leaves
12 oz San Giorgio®® Angel Hair
1 cup light cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  chopped parsley

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter; add chicken, mushrooms, onion and basil. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and mushrooms and onion are tender. Reduce heat to low.

2.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions.

3.  Add cream to chicken mixture; heat just to boiling.

4.  Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth; season to taste with salt and pepper.

5.  Toss hot pasta and sauce; sprinkle with parsley.
