Ingredients:

2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic clove, chopped
1 lb small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
6 oz San Giorgio®® Angel Hair

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil; add garlic. Cook 1 minute; do not brown.

2.  Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, or until shrimp turn pink on both sides.

3.  Sprinkle with salt; stir in parsley and lemon juice. Reduce heat to low.

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

3.  Toss with shrimp mixture. Serve immediately.
