Ingredients:

12 oz San Giorgio® Tricolor Rotini
3/4 lb summer sausage, julienned
tomato, seeded and chopped
1 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
2 Tbsps capers, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups Italian salad dressing
2 cups torn lettuce leaves

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

2.  In large bowl, combine rotini and remaining ingredients, except lettuce; toss to mix. Cover; chill thoroughly.

3.  Before serving, add lettuce; toss to mix.
