Ingredients:

16 oz San Giorgio® Rotini
1 can (12.5 oz) chunk white chicken
10 oz mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
6 each scallions, sliced
  For the Dressing:
3/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In a large bowl, toss pasta with next 5 ingredients. 

3.  In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Pour prepared dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
