Ingredients:

48 oz chicken broth
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen spinach
6 oz San Giorgio®® Alphabets
1/2 lb diced ham
1 each egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsps cornstarch

Cooking Directions:

1.  Heat broth to boiling in medium saucepan. Add spinach, alphabets and ham. Return to boil; cook about 7 minutes or until alphabets are tender.

2.  Slowly drizzle egg into broth; do not stir until egg is cooked.

3.  Dissolve cornstarch in water; gradually stir into soup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
