2 Tbsps olive oil
1 cup green onion, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 1/2 cups water
chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 oz San Giorgio® Acini Di Pepe
1/4 cup diced pimento

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet heat oil and saute onion and green pepper until tender. Add water, bouillon, and garlic powder; bring to a boil.

2.  Stir in uncooked pasta and pimiento; return to a boil.

3.  Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until pasta in tender.
