Ingredients:

16 oz San Giorgio®® Ziti
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tsp fresh basil leaves
1 tsp oregano leaves, crushed
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste
8 oz reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Heat oven to 350º F.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is thoroughly cooked; drain.

3.  In large bowl, stir together meat mixture, hot cooked pasta, pasta sauce, wine and seasonings.

4.  In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spoon pasta mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until hot an bubbly.
