12 oz San Giorgio®® Oven Ready Penne
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1 3/4 cups hot water
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 400°F.  Coat a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2.  Add sauce, hot water, 1/4 cup Parmesan and salt and pepper to the baking dish.  Stir until smooth and well blended.

3.  Pour uncooked pasta into dish and stir to coat evenly.  Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.

4.  Stir thoroughly and top with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan.

5.  Bake uncovered for 15 more minutes.  If desired, broil for approximately 1 minute to brown cheese topping.

6.  Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
