Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio®® Manicotti
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2/3 cup milk
1 each egg, beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350°F.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Brown meat in oil in frying pan; drain.

3.  In a large bowl combine bread and milk. Allow to stand 2 minutes.

4.  Add cooked meat, egg, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

5.  Stuff pasta with filling.

6.  Pour 1 cup pasta sauce in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.

7.  Arrange filled manicotti in dish.

8.  Pour remaining pasta sauce over pasta and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.

9.  Cover and bake 45 minutes, or until heated through.
